How to use a Jibarito Press

If you plan on making a large amounts of tostones the same day, use wax paper to prevent the oil from soaking into the wood. To prevent any damage to the Jibarito Press use both hands, one to hold the handle and the other to press down. Jibarito Press is meant for use of pressing plantains without the peel, any other use may couse damage.
